I recently bought a 21 Highlander from this dealership and am very happy with the purchase and the customer service. I got a great deal on the vehicle and after bringing it home realized a piece of trim on windshield was loose from a new windshield being installed. The Owner didn’t hesitate to buy the parts needed new and install them the same day they came in. I highly recommend and will be back for future purchases!

Buying my car through Auto Smart was one of the best decisions that I’ve made. It was my first time purchasing a car and Mike (the owner) did everything he could to make sure that I was able to. When first looking at the car we noticed the front tires and the brakes needed to be replaced and he didn’t hesitate to do so, he ordered the tires right then and there and got everything replaced the next day. The process of finding the right insurance and getting a loan was quite the hassle but he made almost all of the phone calls which really took the pressure off of me as it was my first time dealing with so. I signed everything the night before and he was at the DMV bright and early on a Saturday right before he had to go out of town for the weekend. I have already told many family and friends about my experience here and I will continue to do so! I highly recommend this dealership to any first time buyers and everyone else as well!

My daughter purchased her first car here. The owner was excellent. Assisted her with her loan and making sure the car was in top shape. Made everything super simple and went above and beyond. Also was upfront about everything with the vehicles and made sure it had new brakes and tires and a new full inspection. Also assisted with her tight timeline of getting everything done so she could leave off the lot with her car on the same day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an honest and helpful dealership. Bought a 2021 Ford F-150 a few weeks back from Mike. Probably the most straight forward dealer I've ever dealt with. Mike started out trying to get the sense of what I was really looking for and knowledgeable about the truck that would best fit my needs. Never felt pressure toward any specific vehicle. The actual transaction went smoothly as did the first few thousand miles . I will definitely be using MIke in the future when I am in the market for another vehicle.

MARIA HONSINGER - 2017 ACURA MDX

Thanks for this beautiful Acura MDX! It was between this and a BMWX 5, but I choose this beautiful girl. It’s like no one has driven it ... brand new car smell and hardly any mileage! This is the second car I have purchased from Mike. Six years ago I got a BMW 328xi. Both times I had specific requirements.... you know I had to have that black car with the oyster white interior with a 4.9 out of 5 on the BMW scale! Don’t worry Mike got it done as always! He has always exceeded my expectations when it comes to finding me the perfect car! Still got my BMW and now I got my Acura! See you again in a couple years, hopefully for my BMW 540! We love the Jeep Liberty Sport we purchased from Mike! We live in Maryland but felt completely comfortable with the process buying site unseen at a distance of 300 miles!!!. We waited patiently for Mike to find the right SUV for us. Mike sent us many photos explaining any cosmetic damage down to a pencil point (and there was literally none--it is a very clean vehicle!) He represented the vehicle very accurately. He took care of any mechanical items that needed an upgrade and gave us a very fair price. He met us in Harrisburg PA trailering the vehicle so that we could test drive and inspect it before purchase. On top of that, Mike is a very nice person. Very happy with the vehicle and buying experience! Would recommend to anybody. Mike was very good to work with. Very knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and fair. Vehicle was as advertised. Made sure everything on the vehicle was working properly, clean, and I was satisfied. Even came in on a Saturday to finalize the sale and pick up, usually a day off for him.

I was I need of a car and I don't have the best credit score. I found a few listings from Auto Smart on Craigslist. While looking through the listings I noticed that they can finance bad credit. I went and looked at a couple of cars. The first car I wanted to buy wasn't working out, but Mike helped me find a newer car with less miles. I've been to a couple of dealerships and I've never been treated so well as I was at Auto Smart. Mike also came over to my house to look at my trade in car. He wanted to help me find the right car. Any other place (definitely the non commissioned dealers) were not motivated or tried to put me in a car that wasn't a good fit. Mike went above and beyond to help me find a car. I am now a proud owner of an 2011 Dodge Caliber and I absolutely love my car. Not only does Auto Smart take their business seriously, but they also take it personally. No pressure and you're treated extremely fair. All the cars on their lot is high in quality and you definitely get your money's worth. Did I mention that I went there on Monday, got approved for a loan and drove my car off the lot by Tuesday? They are very quick and efficient at getting you your desired vehicle.
