Online buyer here! From the beginning to the end I couldn't ask for a more responsive or informative salesman. Description was on point, pictures were provided with detail of every flaw like I was standing there. It's a used vehicle, they are never perfect. Complete financing by email and phone, super simple , great rates. Vehicle was delivered to me in a very timely manner,. I had some concerns a day after looking at it closely. After talking to Mike he insisted he fix these issues. I didn't expect that. But Mike picked up the vehicle the next day, went through my punch list, and returned the vehicle a day later with apologies. He was embarrassed the prep process wasn't completed in his shop. I'm a employer, I get it, things slip through. But that wasn't a excuse for Mike. He wanted it right. Now it's 6 months later, this has been a wonderful work van for us. I wanted to be sure I left a review for others to experience such a honest car dealer that cares about every step of the sale like I did. My shopping experience was second to none. I have purchased vehicles many times in my life. Both used and new. But I have never encountered a better customer service experience in my life. I began my search a few months ago and wasn't in a hurry to purchase a vehicle. Because I was looking specifically for what I wanted. And did not want to rush into anything. My husband found the 2023 Yukon Denali on the website, we began a conversation with mike. We lived several hours away from the dealership, and were not able to look at the vehicle in person. He took the time to do a walk around via facetime, giving us the opportunity to see every little nook and cranny of the car. Pointed out a very minor blemish that could have easily been passed by. But wanted to be honest and up front about the vehicle. We had a few scheduling conflicts and were not able to get there right away to take a look at it. There was other interest, and he was very willing to give us first opportunity to see the vehicle. After talking several times and working with mike, he was able to complete the deal before we even arrived. When we got there to see the vehicle, we were more than satisfied. We signed the paperwork, drove off the lot. And have never regretted any moment of it. I love my vehicle. I have recently referred several people. I hope they take advantage of the opportunity to buy a vehicle from them. Yes, highly recommend. We'll definitely be purchasing another vehicle from them. Soon.

I was genuinely nervous about buying an older, higher-mileage vehicle, especially from a small independent lot. The stereotypical “used car salesman” was definitely in the back of my mind! But the universe kept pointing me toward this particular van at Auto Smart, and I’m so glad it did.Having a vehicle that was both reliable and affordable was critically important to me, and Mike Kinner went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident in what I was buying. He probably could have made a much easier sale to someone else, but instead he took the time to work with me, address my concerns, and do things I never would have expected just to give me peace of mind.There was never any pressure, and I never felt like he was simply trying to make a sale. Mike made a stressful situation remarkably easy, and I drove away feeling genuinely good about my decision.I’m incredibly grateful I found Mike and Auto Smart, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

Purchased a used Jetta about a month ago from Mike. Overall I couldn't be happier with the car and with the service. We had hit multiple dealerships around the area & were generally very put off by pricing, service & quality of vehicles available. Mike was fantastic to deal with & didn't feel like a typical "car salesman" throughout the purchase.When the check engine light popped on a few days after purchasing the vehicle, Mike & his staff were amazing to deal with. They took the car in three different times to make sure it was running perfectly. They replaced spark plugs, the cylinders & cleaned out the carbon build up as a result of the direct injection with zero charge. I would absolutely recommend shopping here to anyone looking to grab a used vehicle.
